Hello,
my name is Dominik and I live in Germany.

My main job is a lathe operator, but I also have my own workshop. www.haupenthal-feinmechanik.de
Until 10 years ago i was passionate about motocross and enduro, but had to give up with broken bones.
Then I set up a workshop and build and repair for customers.
When I started to work on the side, I taught myself how to weld myself through Jody Collier's videos of weldingingtipsandtricks.loved it!
it was a lot of fun and with your help and some videos on youtube i want to learn the metalshaping trade.at the moment i am building a replica of the bmw gs 80 which was built for the sixdays 1980.
the frame is ready, but for the tank and the rear silencer i have to learn the art of metal shaping.
Before I start myself, I always prefer to read and get information from the professionals.
