Question Hi, new member from Michigan

Hi everyone, I'm the new guy. I'm interested in a Baileigh mss-16F
Restoring a few cars right now and here in Michigan always dealing
With RUST....I've never used a shrinker/ stretcher. I figured if I'm
Going to spend the money I want to get something that I can learn on
And make Quality parts. So any insight would be greatly appreciated

Thanks Robert
