Thumbs up Hello from another New Member

Hi All, I'm Jason from Sydney, Australia. My background is building and construction and I run a small company doing just that. I got into metal work about 5 years ago by teaching myself (kind of) to stick weld to get some basic works complete on one of my projects and got addicted to metal fabrication from there.

Since then I have completed some basic welding courses and can Mig and TIG quite neatly. My main focus now is to learn how to shape metal and I am enrolled at a course in Melbourne in June this year at HVR and cannot wait!

I am about to start building a new shed at home to create my own metal shaping workshop and intend on building an alloy car similar to the German post war Porsches of Walter Glockler. I have been inspired by the works of Chris Runge in the USA and his Frankfurt Flyer and hope to build something similar of my own design.
