Default New member intro from Chesapeake, Virginia

Good day All,

My name is Mike and I live in Chesapeake Virginia. I have been a machinist and welder for all of my adult life. I have been restoring old trucks since I was a kid following my dad around in diapers. I'm pretty good a doing body work and rust repair, but, I really want to take it to the next level. I think metal shaping will do just that.

I hope you will accept me into "The Club" so I can begin this new journey.

Thanks,

Mike

Mike, welcome to the site! I've held a workshop at my place for the past two years for the local Stovebolt guys, it may interest you for the upcoming spring. I'm a bit over a three hour drive from Norfolk area... Here's a thread on the first workshop....

Also have helped out at OJ's in Berryville with a workshop, although that part of VA is likely a good stretch for you as well...
