Hello from Indiana

My name is Kevin Menkedick and I live in Greensburg, Indiana. Growing up on a farm in rural Indiana led me to my interest in all things mechanical. I work as a manufacturing engineeer at a manufacturer in the auto industry.

My current project is rebuilding a 1949 Dodge pickup. I do not have the money or space for any fancy tools so I am going to do it 'old school'. I have purchased David Gardiner's DVD and I am hoping to have the time soon to begin to use the techniques that he displayed.

I have been a lurker here and at the other site for a long time. Once I begin this project, I am planning on posting my progress and I am sure to have many questions.
