Hello from Indiana
 

My name is Kevin Menkedick and I live in Greensburg, Indiana. Growing up on a farm in rural Indiana led me to my interest in all things mechanical. I work as a manufacturing engineeer at a manufacturer in the auto industry.

My current project is rebuilding a 1949 Dodge pickup. I do not have the money or space for any fancy tools so I am going to do it 'old school'. I have purchased David Gardiner's DVD and I am hoping to have the time soon to begin to use the techniques that he displayed.

I have been a lurker here and at the other site for a long time. Once I begin this project, I am planning on posting my progress and I am sure to have many questions.

Kevin, welcome and thanks for the introduction. Glad to have you here. Please post some pictures when you get started on your project. Davids DVD is some of the best money you could have spent.
