Hi everyone,
I'm joining this forum to learn a bit more in particular about aluminium bodies and bucks. I've spent a lot of time restoring steel bodied cars as a hobby and am well experienced in this field but don't have much experience in aluminium. I now have the time to do some work on my Aston DB5 which will involve removing the Webasto sunshine roof and welding in a replacement aluminium panel and also I have a project for which I have been collecting the parts for many years. This is to build a Jaguar D-type copy in aluminium from scratch. Angus
