Default Hello from Oklahoma

Hello everyone. Found this site from some google searching. Took a look around and liked what I saw.

Been interested in shaping for some time. I'm not entirely new to aluminum work, having done airframe repair in the USAF. But, to be honest, the bulk of what we did was with a cornice brake and box-and-pan brake. We did have a slip roller and a foot operated shrink and stretch machine, but it didn't get a whole lot of use.

In tech school we did a project where we formed a small panel with a slight "S" shape in it over a wood form, which we also had to make. That was a lot of fun.

Anyway, I hope to learn some new things and take on a few automotive projects.
