Long time Lurker, as many lurkers have said before, not sure how much I have to contribute. I have enjoyed DIY stuff all my life especially with cars; DIY has been necessary to afford what I want. I have done lots of hobby welding and fiberglass shaping but never any sheet metal shaping, metal shaping looks a lot less itchy. My wife has supported my garage addiction well. I have been researching, stealing ideas from everyone on HF bead roller and hope to build one soon. I have done lots of polishing, especially on aluminum so that might be the only thing I can contribute if there is a question on that. Speaking of polishing this is a great deal on a 10" polisher. I have this one and it has lots of power. If you have never used a buffer be careful this thing can hurt you. There is plenty of polishing videos on YouTube watch these before using a buffer. A blast shield is a must.
http://www.eastwood.com/ew-buff-moto...p-2-speed.html I hope it is ok to post links, did not see anything about that in the rules. I know polishing is not shaping but some may want to polish after shaping. Last thing, thanks to all the talented poster willing to share their talents.
