Default New guy here to learn about shaping

Hi guys,

My name is Alex, i'm from Quebec in Canada. I'm an automation engineer who is also a motorhead. I do everything from offroad jeep to motocross and snomobile. I'm currently finishing a project of restoring a car I bought but the body was already done (or most of it). Since it is almost done I would like to learn about metal shaping and try to make small project before I start a new project (thinking of an old mid 50's pickup truck). This time I would like to get more of a body restoration project.

So i'm here to learn stuff from experience metal shapers and try to start with dust pans or simple things like that.

I use the opportunity to buy (order) cheap english wheel, planishing hammer, and bead roller to start to play with since we are all stock inside our home in this sad period of time (COVID-19).

So here I am to start reading, learning, and of course practicing metal shaping.
