Default first time restorer from aus.

gday guys

picked up a rusty rx3 sedan not to long ago, slowly in the process of restoring her to her former glory. the car has just been media blasted and fully striped and primed ready for some cuting and welding. signed up to learn some new tips and tricks and to help me along the way. so far ive only got a hammer and dolly but it has worked thus far. now i have to recreate a new boot floor as mine is rusted thru. i will be reusing my wheel well, just need to create the actual flooring around it. see attached photo below (not my actual boot floor, just the shape and contours)

any advice for this? im thinking of buying a bead roller and making a die that is the same size as the ridges. would this work or could you reccomend any other methods? i tried finding someone locally to do it but the places i called couldnt help me out. doesnt have to be exactly original, just "pretty close"

Thanks
