New member in Massachusetts

Hi,
I have done some small amounts of body work and enjoy seeing the work people are producing. My next project is to smooth out or remove the grills on a cowl panel where I will have very limited - no access to the other side. I had bought some panel adhesive, I am not sure if this is a better alternative than welding.
