Hi,
Recently was told about all metal shaping by a workmate that's building a streetrod. I'm into old bikes and am currently building a 81 yamaha xs650 bobber. Its my first bike build and im pretty much self taught when it comes to mechanics and working with steel. My skills are limited and ive got a lot to learn and hope to use this site and forums as a valuable resource. I'm about to start another bike project on a Honda cb500 four and want to take a different approach to my XS build and make by hand pretty much every part ive bought and bolted on the XS. And perhaps in the future use these skills to totally rebuild my first attempt too! Heres some links to my XS650 blog - http://xs650bobber.blogspot.com.au and my youtube channel - http://www.youtube.com/user/matyc13?feature=mhee Cant wait to see what your all working on and contribute when i can, cheers!
