Default Hello from Sacramento, CA

I'm David, from Sacramento, CA (if you don't read titles) and am definitely new to metal shaping. I found this site while researching how to metal shape and am intrigued to learn more.

I'm here to start and finish projects that were initiated from my desire to modify my car. I don't have an old hot rod, though I wish I do, or a mean muscle machine. I have a 2002 Subaru WRX that I'm not all too crazy about, but still love to work on. To date, this car has been more of a money pit than the house I just bought and treads the line of love and hate.

Although there isn't a shortage of body parts and custom tidbits for this car, I'm not satisfied with the new age material of carbon fiber. That's really what brings me here--to make the pieces and panels I've been wanting in good old metal. I have a shop at my disposal with plenty of tools and a hunger for knowledge. Hopefully, I'll be able to learn and show what I've created.
