Default Hello from SLC

Hi! My name is Richard and I'm from SLC UT. Have always been interested in metal shaping, forming but never learned. I retired 2 years ago and now have the time to devote to learning. I recently bought a 1966 Baja Bug that was raced in the 1977 SCORE baja race. The body is in generally good shape but needs some work. I also want to learn how to make/form rear Baja Bug fenders from aluminum. Fiberglass ones, of the kind I want to duplicate are available, but I would prefer to make them from aluminum. I would also like to learn how to make aluminum bodies for off road buggies and race cars from aluminum.

Richard
