Default Hello from Santa Cruz CA

Hi,

My name is Gary.

I have a metal shop here in Santa Cruz. We do a bit of everything, our main focus is on TIG welding. We also do precision sheet work, manual machining, and general fab work. A few years back I stopped taking custom fab work to concentrate on production work for other companies. We still sneak in some custom work from time to time, mainly for people we know.

I've wanted to expand my shaping skills for some time now. I used to be a member of Metal Meet and enjoyed that.

A couple of weeks ago I picked up a nibbler junior made by the "Nibbler Factory", circa 1970. I would like to learn more about the use of nibblers and any information on making dies for them.
