Default New From Arkansas

Just a new guy from North Central Arkansas dropping in with some hope of learning a few things about the world of making flat metal into shaped metal. I have been building various types of motorcycles and cars for about 40 years but have done very little body shaping work. At my age I don't even know if I will get around to it as I stay pretty busy now but it's nice to think you might tackle it someday. I don't have a lot of internet excess time due to where I live and the fact that I travel as part of my work. Also these computers are way to smart for me. Much like the smart phone phones, I'm only flip phone smart. So bare with me and I'll figure out things as I go. I do see where I have a project in common with one of your current members and I will comment on it once I see if I'm going in the right direction.

I'm Just A White Boy Lost In The Blues

Hi John, well you did fine with your introduction, I am like you I don't do phones, I can't text, much to the amusement of my daughter's. Like you I love the blues.
Welcome to the forum.

Default as to the name and the Blues

David,

Thanks for the welcome. Actually my name really is George but people have called me much worse then John. As for the blues.... well while listening to the the music that has driven my soul and thirst for so many years I probably have misread names through the alcohol fumes more then a time or two. I see you are from England and being a blues fan I would have to assume you know of the Hard Rock Cafe. The founder of that original eatery was my high school friend Issac Tigrett from Jackson, Tennessee. It's a long story how he got to England but he did well and later founded the House of the Blues with Dan Aykroyd.Guess I should have stuck with him as I would have made a lot more money. Oh well, such is life. Again, thanks for the welcome.
