New old guy

good evening from western Washington State. I am retired and took up metal working to have a hobby I can do at home. I am interested in making my own tooling and learning how to weld. Sometimes I run into things I could use a bit of help with. I was a carpenter before I retired and perhaps I can help with someones construction issue.
