Intro from Michigan

I came across this site via homemadetools website. I do more reading about fabrication and welding than doing it but I've rebuilt (2) 9x36" South Bend lathes and currently own a 9x18 Craftsman 101.21400/Atlas 618. I have a multi process Esab welding machine and have taken lessons at a Community College. In my past life I used to be part-time gunsmith and have attended the Rochester Institute of Technolgy and the Smith and Wesson armoror schools.


Fully retired now, I'm enjoying golf 3-4 times a week and riding my 2021 Harley Ultra Limited.


I'm looking forward to learning from this forum!
