Hello, my name is Dean. I’m originally from Northern Illinois but I’ve been living in South Carolina for the past six years. No more shoveling snow for me! I’ve been working in manufacturing my entire life. I used to work in machining and welding, but now I work in quality. My hobbies include woodworking and a little metalworking. I took a semester of shop class many years ago in high school that concentrated on sheet metal work and I loved it. Lately, I’ve been wanting to incorporate sheet metal work into my hobby life, so I found this site. I’m hoping to meet new people and learn some good stuff along the way.
