Good advise
Thanks for the advise guys, and all of you are right I am definetely putting the cart before the horse when it comes to seeking out machines before skill. One thing I can say though is when I put my mind to something I always follow through. I have been reading about the theory of sheet metal working and the principals as well. as soon as I get to the house I am certain that there will not be a safe piece of sheet metal for miles. I have done alot of auto body repair and auto body modifications but I am looking to build a skillset with sheetmetal to allow me to do a project from zero to hero. Meaning simply a car from scratch, no aftermarket panels no store bought anything. So I will take the advise and work by hand for now. I always have a habit though of seeking out the info first, meaning info on the machines, I will build a folder of info and when the time comes to build it, after the handskill set is attained then all I have to do is pull the trigger and go. I have plans to attend as many siminars as possible the first month I am home so thanks for all of the advice and look foreward to hearing more, and thanks for the tip on the dvd! take care and have a good day.
