Hi Ghufran. You can use anything similar to make bikes or make a new EW.
Remember the basic thing. EW must be very solid. The flexible frame is very unsuitable. Do not save material and use for example the rail and used ball-bearing . I use it to shape a wheel from a gym with a radius. You can use anything that spins. EW is no science.
Science is that a shaping. With a good basic tool, you will do everything for your dream.
