Welcome to the forum.
I love the classic jags, post some pictures when you get a chance.
As you know there are plenty of panel makers in the UK supplying every panel, so are you making most of the bodywork yourself, judging by the machinery you are asking about, I take it you've got a Wheel?

PS I have never seen an X K 120 Jaguar with no rust :eek: A few years ago I built a COMPLETE new body for one, I stopped counting the hours after 1000:eek:
